- 4 cups of mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Gather Your Ingredients: Start by gathering all the ingredients listed above and set them out on your countertop for a smoother cooking process.
- Melt the Butter: In a large saucepan, add the 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Place over low heat and stir gently until melted.
- Add the Marshmallows: Once the butter is melted, add the 4 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate Vanilla and Salt: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies: Add the 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
- Fold in the White Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the 1 cup of white chocolate chips until combined.
- Add the Rainbow Sprinkles: Fold in the 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles, being careful not to break them apart too much.
