- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Press the Tofu: Remove tofu from packaging and drain excess liquid. Wrap in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels, place a heavy object on top, and let sit for at least 30 minutes to press out moisture.
- Cut the Tofu: Unwrap the pressed tofu and cut it into wing-sized pieces (rectangles or triangles, about 1 inch thick).
- Set Up Your Breading Station: In three separate bowls, prepare your breading station:
- Bowl 1: Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Bowl 2: Pour in the plant-based milk.
- Bowl 3: Add the breadcrumbs.
- Coat the Tofu: Dip each piece of tofu into the flour mixture, then the plant-based milk, and finally roll in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat for all pieces.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Arrange the Tofu: Place the breaded tofu pieces on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they arent touching.
- Drizzle with Olive Oil: Lightly drizzle the tops of the tofu wings with olive oil.
- Bake the Tofu: Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the Buffalo Sauce: While baking, combine 1 cup of hot sauce with 2 tablespoons of melted vegan butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until well combined. Optionally, add a tablespoon of maple syrup for sweetness.
- Coat the Baked Tofu: Remove the tofu from the oven, place in a large mixing bowl, and pour the buffalo sauce over. Gently toss to coat.
- Return to the Oven: Return the coated tofu wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to help the sauce adhere.
- Prepare the Serving Platter: Arrange fresh celery sticks and any other veggies on a serving platter.
