- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Optional: Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Turkey: Pat the turkey tenderloins dry with paper towels.
- Make the Spice Rub: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Season the Turkey: Generously rub the spice mixture all over the turkey tenderloins.
- Rest (Optional): Let the seasoned turkey rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
- Sear the Turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the turkey for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove and Tent: Remove the turkey from the skillet and tent with foil.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Liquids: Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and reduce for 3-5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Season Sauce: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Slice and Serve: Slice the turkey against the grain. Arrange on a platter and spoon the sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

- Herb Variations: Experiment with different herbs like oregano, basil, or marjoram in the spice rub.
- Spice Level: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
