Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the pumpkin puree. If using fresh pumpkin, ensure it’s cooked and pureed until smooth.
- Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix well to combine the spices with the pumpkin.
- Add the brown sugar, starting with 1/4 cup, and adjust to your sweetness preference. Mix until well combined.
- In a blender, combine the pumpkin mixture with the vanilla ice cream.
- Pour in the milk. For a thicker milkshake, reduce the milk or add more ice cream.
