Ingredients
Scale
- 6 ripe passion fruits
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 6–8 lemons, depending on size)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 6 cups cold water, plus more for adjusting sweetness
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Lemon slices and passion fruit pulp, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

- Make Lemonade Base: Squeeze lemons to get 1 cup of juice.
- (Optional Simple Syrup): Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly.
- Combine: In a pitcher, mix lemon juice, sugar (or simple syrup), and 6 cups cold water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and add more sugar or water as needed.
- Add Passion Fruit: Pour passion fruit pulp into the lemonade. Stir gently.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice. Pour lemonade over ice. Garnish with lemon slices and passion fruit pulp (optional).
