- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 1/4 cup water (adjust to desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnishes: fresh mango slices, dragon fruit pieces, lime wedge
Instructions
- Prepare the Mango: Peel the mango, remove the pit, and dice into small cubes (about 1 cup).
- Combine Ingredients: In a high-powered blender, combine cubed mango, frozen dragon fruit chunks, white grape juice, water, lime juice, and agave nectar (if using).
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until completely smooth. If too thick, add water, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and add more agave nectar or simple syrup if needed for sweetness.
- Fill Glasses with Ice: Fill glasses generously with ice cubes.
- Pour Mixture: Carefully pour the blended mango dragon fruit mixture over the ice in each glass.
- Garnish (Optional): Garnish with fresh mango slices, dragon fruit pieces, and/or a lime wedge.
- Serve Immediately: Serve immediately and enjoy!
