- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee (about 1 cup) and let it cool to room temperature. For quicker cooling, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until smooth. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- In a large glass or shaker, pour in the cooled coffee. Add the pumpkin spice mixture and your choice of milk. Stir or shake well until fully combined.
