- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (or to taste)

Instructions
- Prep the Guavas: Peel guavas and roughly chop into chunks.
- Blend it Up: Add chopped guavas, water, and lime juice to a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Strain (Optional): Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a super smooth puree.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and add simple syrup or agave nectar if too tart.
- Store: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- Slice the Banana: Peel and slice the banana into thin rounds.
- Combine Banana and Rum: Add sliced banana to a clean glass jar. Pour white rum over the banana slices, ensuring they are submerged.
- Seal and Store: Seal the jar tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
- Infuse: Let the rum infuse for 24-72 hours (48 hours recommended).
- Strain: Strain the rum through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth. Discard the banana slices.
- Bottle and Store: Pour the banana-infused rum back into the original rum bottle or another clean bottle. Store at room temperature.
- Chill Your Glass: Chill your cocktail glass.
- Add Ingredients to Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add banana-infused rum, guava puree, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Adjust Sweetness: Adjust sweetness to your liking by adding more simple syrup or lime juice.
- Shake Vigorously: Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Double Strain: Double strain the daiquiri into your chilled cocktail glass.
