Instructions

- Drain excess fat carefully.

- Season with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until blended.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and mustard powder (if using).
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. The batter should be smooth and slightly thick.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
