Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and rinsed artichoke hearts, chopping them into smaller pieces.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
- Mix in the mayonnaise and sour cream until the artichokes are fully coated.
- Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil, mixing until evenly coated.
