Instructions

  1. Wash the apple thoroughly under running water to remove any pesticides or wax.
  2. Core the apple and chop it into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  4. Rinse the spinach leaves under cold water and dry them.
  5. Gather all ingredients on the counter for easy access.
  6. In a high-speed blender, add the almond milk first.
  7. Layer the chopped apple and banana on top of the almond milk.
  8. Add the fresh spinach leaves (remove tough stems if using kale).
